We are currently looking for:
IS BUSINESS ANALYST (Code : IBA)
To maintain existing system by being second layer support for any major incidents.
To expand the existing system:
* Act as a support to Business for system growth including additional sites/office with new hardware and infrastructure, additional system capacity and configuration.
* Ensure compliance with policies and standards for system expansion.
To enhance existing systems:
* Management of system enhancement based on change management standards.
To implement of new system:
* Manage.
* Fit & Gap Analysis of New System with Business Process.
* Manager vendor (3rd party) deliverables.
To understand business requirements, provide solution and drive changes.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Hold Bachelor Degree.
* Hold around 2-3 years experience in implementation of web service solutions.
* Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows server, HP-UX, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino.
* Preferable with hands-on experience of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency is required.
* MCSE is preferred.
* HP-UX certified is a plus.
