QUALIFICATIONS :
* Graduate from reputable University with field of study in Information Technology ( Master Degree is preferrable )
* Have sound knowledge of Asset Management System ( a must )
* Familiar with GIS System
* Experience in developing analytical problem solving and modeling
* Have a strong presentation skill
* Highly capable in writing and generating documents and reports
* Team player and have competency in leading a team
* Minimum 3 years experience in total working experience and 2 years in the technical area required
