REQUIREMENTS :
* Pendidikan S1 Teknik
* Pengalaman min. 2 tahun
* Menguasai Oracle Database 9i (Administering, Backup & Recovery, and Performance Tuning)
* Menguasai Oracle Application Forms Developer 9i
* Menguasai Oracle Application Reports Developer 9i
* Menguasai Oracle Discoverer 9i
* Menguasai PL/ SQL Programming
Developer Lead
REQUIREMENTS :
* Leadership experience in assessing staff skill levels, assigning work appropriately, directing team in specific project activities, estimation, and facilitating career development
* At least 3 years of experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and /or distributed component based, esp. .NET)
* Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
* Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture
* Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
* Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
* Programming knowledge and skill (C#,VB.NET, ASP.NET)
* RDBMS knowledge and skill (SQL Server)
* Ideally with an IT related or engineering academic background
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
* Knowledge of OO design patterns and re-factoring
