PT Pengembang Listrik Nasional Geothermal (PT PLN Geothermal) adalah anak perusahaan PT PLN (Persero) yang antara lain berfokus pada Pengoperasian dan Pemeliharaan PLTP (Pusat Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi ) milik PT PLN (Persero).

Saat ini PT PLN GEOTHERMAL membutuhkan tenaga-tenaga profesional untuk diangkat sebagai pegawai tetap di lokasi : Lampung , Sulawesi Utara dan Nusa Tenggara Timur.

PENGIRIMAN LAMARAN:
A. SMK/SMA (OP1,TP1 dan TA1): Mengisi blanko Curriculum Vitae terlampir dalam format word dan mengirimkan via email ke plnaster@pln.co.id , cc : plnaster@yahoo.com .

B. D3/D4/S1 (OP,TP,TA,SO,SP,SE,SK dan SW) Mengirimkan hasil scan dalam format JPG berisi:
1) Curriculum Vitae yang sudah ditandatangani di atas materai Rp.6000,-
2) Ijazah terakhir via email ke plnaster@pln.co.id , cc : plnaster@yahoo.com .

SISTEM SELEKSI : SISTEM GUGUR.
• Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, pada saat mengikuti Tes Akademik dan Bahasa Inggris diwajibkan membawa :
1) Pas photo ukuran 4cm X 6 cm sebanyak 4 lembar
2) Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) Asli

• Peserta yang lulus Tes Psikologi , pada saat mengikuti wawancara diwajibkan menyerahkan copy dan menunjukkan aslinya berkas lamaran berupa:
1. Surat Lamaran yang ditujukan kepada PT PLN Geothermal c.q. Direktur SDM
2. Riwayat Hidup (CV)
3. Copy Ijasah/keterangan lulus yang dilegalisir
4. Copy transkrip nilai terakhir yang dilegalisir
5. Copy KTP
6. Pasfoto terbaru ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 1 lembar
7. Pernyataan diri di atas materai Rp. 6.000,- yang menyatakan bahwa pelamar :
a) Tidak tersangkut dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba dan zat adiktif lainnya.
b) Bersedia ditempatkan di lingkungan kerja PT PLN Geothermal diseluruh wilayah Indonesia (khusus untuk D3/D4/S1 (OP,TP,TA,SO,SP,SE,SK dan SW )

• Pengumuman peserta yang dinyatakan lulus setiap tahapan seleksi melalui website : www.pln-pusdiklat.co.id sesuai jadwal tersebut diatas.
• Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus pada seluruh tahapan seleksi di atas akan dipekerjakan oleh PT PLN Geothermal dengan status Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) selama 2 (dua) tahun.
• Peserta yang telah selesai dan selama menjalankan tugas sebagai PKWT menunjukkan perilaku dan kinerja yang baik, akan diangkat sebagai Pegawai Organik / Pegawai Tetap PT PLN Geothermal
• Usia Pensiun :
• SMK/SMA (OP1,TP1 dan TA1) : 45 Tahun
• D3/D4/S1 (OP,TP,TA,SO,SP,SE,SK dan SW) : 56 Tahun
