CUSTOMER DEMAND OFFICER

Job Description:

*
Coordinate with Area Sales offices and/or Distributor and physical distribution to ensure that On-Time in Full order & delivery
*
Review weekly order to ensure order is in line with transport optimum capacity.
*
Administer all sales order in SAP and ensure that proper administration is conducted
*
Monitor & report of significantly high fluctuation of order of distributor up to ship to points when occur
*
Monitor and create sales order, and forecast accuracy report.
*
Monitor lead time of delivery for every shipment.
*
Report deviation of lead time vs logistic standard
*
Provide improvement suggestions to increase transport cost efficiency related to order size.

Requirements:

*
S1 graduate from Computer – Management (management informatika)
*
Having experienced in logistics is,preferable.
*
Experience in beverages industry is an advantage
*
Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
*
Familiar with SAP / Heicore.
*
Achievement-oriented person
*
Has an excellent interpersonal relationship (as well as team working), good analytical and problem solving capabilities
*
Good command of English, spoken and written.
*
Good analytical ability
